I am convinced that we are in the best industry in the world! There are not many careers that you can get started with low overhead, little education, and everyone needs your product. The insurance industry has been a saving grace me, and I believe it can be that way for many others as well. So you can imagine the pain I feel when I run across agents who are not doing very well. It hurts me to my core. The usual culprit is they are not serious about this business. They are distracted with things that don’t matter and don’t run their business as a business. If you are one of those agents, let today be your last day of not taking this business seriously.
